Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, stock reviews, or carrier delays.

Available delivery services, prices, and estimates are shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Tracking is provided after the warehouse creates a shipment.

Carrier scans may take additional time to appear after label creation.

These policies apply to orders placed through SANHK. Payment-provider terms may also apply when a payment method is selected.
