Eligible unused goods may be reviewed for return or refund according to product condition and the published return window.

Return eligibility
Items should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging unless they arrived defective or damaged.
Hygiene-sensitive, personalized, clearance, or final-sale items may not be returnable when clearly identified before purchase.
Order issues
Contact support with the order number, item name, photos when relevant, and a clear description of the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins, subject to payment and warehouse status.
Once a parcel has been released to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be available.
